GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

The MAX UNITED has an effective grievance - redressal mechanism or form for our customers. The grievances and deficiency in services to customers are addressed at various tiers of management. A grievance redressal forum is functioning under the HR department and dedicated telephone and mobile numbers / email are made operational for registering complaints / suggestions.
