Bank of Baroda (BOB) is an Indian state-owned International banking and financial services company headquartered in Vadodara (earlier known as Baroda) in Gujarat, India. It has a corporate office in Mumbai.

Based on 2017 data, it is ranked 1145 on Forbes Global 2000 list.[5][6] BoB has total assets in excess of 3.58 trillion (making it India’s 2nd biggest bank by assets), a network of 5538 branches in India and abroad, and 10441 ATMs as of July, 2017.

The bank was founded by the Maharaja of Baroda, Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III on 20 July 1908 in the Princely Stateof Baroda, in Gujarat.[9] The bank, along with 13 other major commercial banks of India, was nationalised on 19 July 1969, by the Government of India and has been designated as a profit-making public sector undertaking (PSU).

In 2015, Bank of Baroda officials recently stumbled upon illegal transfers of a whopping 6,172 crore (US$950 million) in foreign exchange, made to Hong Kong through newly opened accounts in the bank's Ashok Vihar branch.

We have a savings account with the bank since the beginning of the organization and availed Rs 15 Lakhs from the banks for Microfinance Activities. BOB was the first bank to gave fund to MAX UNITED for Microfinance activities.

South Indian Bank Limited (SIB) is a major private sector bank headquartered at Thrissur in Kerala, India. South Indian Bank has 852 branches, 4 service branches,56 ext.counters and 20 Regional Offices spread across more than 27 states and 3 union territories in India. It has set up 1334 ATMs and 42 Bulk Note Acceptor/Cash Deposit Machines all over India.

South Indian Bank was registered as a private Limited Company under the companies Act of 1913 and commenced business on 29-01-1929 at Round South, Thrissur. The South Indian Bank Ltd., was formed by a group of 44 enterprising men of Thrissur who contributed Rs.500/ - each to the initial paid up capital of Rs.22,000/ -. Their main objective was to serve the merchant community of Thrissur by freeing them from the clutches of the money lenders who charged exorbitant rates of interest. The bank received very good support from the public at large. Initially the growth was slow but steady. The number of branches opened each year testified its stability and popularity. It was included in the second schedule of the Reserve Bank of India and became a scheduled Bank on 07-08-1946. SIB was the first scheduled Bank in the private sector in Kerala to get the license under section 22 of the Banking Regulation Act 1949 from RBI on 17-06-1957.

Vijaya Bank is a public sector bank with its corporate office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. It is one of the nationalized banks in India. The bank offers a wide range of financial products and services to customers through its various delivery channels. The bank has a network of 2031 branches (as of March 2017) throughout the country and over 4000 customer touch points including 2001 ATMs.

Vijaya Bank was established by a group of farmers led by A. B. Shetty on 23 October 1931[4] in Mangaluru in Dakshina KannadaDistrict of Karnataka State. Since it was established on the auspicious Vijayadashami Day, it was named 'Vijaya Bank'.

During the economic chaos created out of the Great Depression of 1927–30, Shetty approached leading Bunt personalities to start a bank with the objective of extending credit facilities at a lower rate of interest to enable the farmers to cultivate their lands and prevent them from falling into the clutches of money lenders. Accordingly, Shetty involved 14 Bunts and established Vijaya Bank on 23 October 1931. In the beginning the bank had an authorised capital of 5 lakh and an issued capital of Rs 2 lakh.
