A banker with 35 years of experience in financial sector especially in microfinance and social banking operations. He has retired from Bank of Baroda as Lead District Manger, who has graduation in Agriculture from Kerala Agricultural University and aMasters Degree in Social Works from Vinayaka University. He is also a graduate in Community Based Micro Finance from St. Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia, Canada.

A Social Worker has a graduation in Commerce and post a graduation in Social Work. She is over 5 years of experience in social welfare activity programmes sector who worked with leading NGOs in Kerala. She has much experience in Project making, Implementation of process and procedure, Training and Personality management, Project analysis. She is the senior manager of Microfinance department and head of HR & Project.
