ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Genesis:

Max United Foundation is a registered public charitable trust (NGO/MFI), headquartered at Kothamangalam, Kerala. As a social development organization, Max United Foundation works to alleviate poverty through the integrated community development approach. Max United Foundation combines the key areas of women empowerment leading to job creation, enterprises development, child labour elimination, health, environment, Capacity building etc. to foster developments in the community in association with Govt. and Non Govt. agencies.

The Chairman, The Managing Director, The Chief Operating Advisor, AGM and most of our staff members have got 10-30 years of experience in the social development sectorsparticularly in Microfinance and Institution Development activities at the community level.

Max United foundation has a long vision and mission and takes up a wide range of goals and objectives to under this philosophy of our Vision and Mission

POLICIES:

Max United Foundation has got clear specific policies and procedures to realise its objectives. The role and duties of the present Directors are in accordance with the bye laws of the organization and they discharge their duties with true responsibility taking the organisation to a gradual growth and expansion to greater levels.

The organization has developed an operational manual for the implementation of various development works particularly for the microfinance activity.

Risk Assessment and Management

Risk management policy helps the organisation to take appropriate decisions to reduce the risk in the business. The organization anticipates the challenges of the present environment and takes concrete steps to evolve suitable strategies to tide over such situations and the common risks like operational problems, un healthy business competition, political situations etc.

Vigil Mechanism

This mechanism helps the management to obtain inputs in the form of confidential reports about the realities and suspected fraud, mis conduct, spot inspection observations etc. To enable the top management to take safe guard measures against malpractices.

Human resource Management

Human resources are the God given mechanism with in every human being for survival and prosperity. But some time the powerful mechanisms of human resources are used for destruction of wealth and life. At the other hand especially among the marginalized society, the human resources are neglected or unidentified.

Max United stressfully focuses on the youth, children and the women to develop their resources, basically socio educational, physical, cognitive, virtues and values.

In order to bring out maximum result we have conducted a series of personality development programs, skill identification and development programs, educational and carrier guidance and counselling program, Motivation and awareness programs and kids education programmers too. An effective follow up is there with ongoing program.
