Max United Foundation is a Social organization working in India and is based at Kothamangalam in Kerala state.The organization is focusing on poverty alleviationand has wide experience in the social development sector particularly in human and institutional development programme through Micro Finance activities. We organise women members by forming SHGs and JLGs to achieve their goals for self-reliance and to lead a peaceful life in the community by winning over many hazards and limitations imposed on them by the society. The initiatives taken by Max United act as catalysts for women empowerment and offer new avenues for growth. Indeed there is a measurable growth both in their domestic and public life mainly in leadership, outlook in their life, self-confidence etc. We also provide them with opportunities to come together for sharing and learning from each other's experience.One of the focus areas of our intervention is development of tribal families residing in villages lying in the hilly tracks in Kerala. We also involve in the rehabilitation works resulted in as a result of natural calamities like draught, flood etc., in different parts of the country.
